The tow commenced Thursday 12<sup>th<\/sup> of April and after a spectacular voyage through Langenuen the vessels headed to sea at the Marstein Lighthouse with a course plotted for the Aasta Hansteen field. At the field the Skandi Skansen and Olympic Zeus were waiting to perform the hook up of the 17 mooring lines.<\/p>\n<p>The Aasta Hansteen is the deepest field development in Norway, and a total of 42\u00a0500 m mooring lines has been pre-laid in 1300 m water depth.<\/p>\n<p>Seabrokers Chartering are very proud of being involved in this exciting process, and that we have fixed the vessels for the tow and mooring hook up of Aasta Hansteen!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The tow itself was performed by 5 vessels, namely Siem Opal, Skandi Vega, Skandi Iceman, Normand Prosper and Normand Ranger.
