Seabrokers entered the real estate market in 1990. The company purchased the 3rd floor of Forusbeen 80, where Seabrokers established its own office. Shortly after, they acquired the 2nd floor, which was leased to Sola reisebyr\u00e5, now known as Egencia. They are still tenants to this day.<\/p>\n
In 1998, Seabrokers House was completed on the neighboring property Forusbeen 78. Four years later, the office building at Vassbotnen 23 was purchased and later expanded to triple its size, approximately 36,000 square meters. The building underwent significant modernization in 2022\/2023.<\/p>\n
In 2004, Seabrokers Property was established in connection with the purchase of an undeveloped area in the heart of Forus, covering approximately 200 hectares. This was a major investment that has resulted in over 200,000 square meters of commercial properties, including mixed-use buildings, parking facilities, and office buildings.<\/p>\n
The first building in this venture, Vestre Svanholmen 14, was completed in 2006. In 2015, we opened our largest building to date, spanning a whopping 42,000 square meters, which is leased by Oceaneering. All buildings are modern and constructed with high building standards and a focus on environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n
