Now we have agreed on joining a pilot-project together with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nordicsmartbuildings.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nordic Smart Buildings<\/a>\u00a0to take it even further.<\/p>\n<p>This means that Seabrokers House technical solutions will be updated, and put into smarter systems, that will use sensors and heat recovery solutions and\u00a0connect everything to a central that monitors and controls Seabrokers House power consumption.<\/p>\n<p>With this project Seabrokers once again takes a step ahead regarding driving technology ahead, and gets first hand information and experience on the newest solutions for smarter commercial properties.
