The existing leased area of 6.600 m\u00b2 will also be expanded with\u00a0800 m\u00b2, making the total areal\u00a07.400 m\u00b2. Building will\u00a0start\u00a0next week.<\/p>\n<p>The contract is Seabrokers Propertys longest\u00a0ever, and we are very happy to see that our flexibility and long term\u00a0perspective gives our tenants results.
