This leads to challenges related to<\/p>\n<p>the groundwater. Both water leakage into the construction pit,<\/p>\n<p>as well as groundwater lowering in the adjacent residential area<\/p>\n<p>must be avoided. For this, a coherent<\/p>\n<p>jet pile wall is established where the excavation was in<\/p>\n<p>loose masses, and correspondingly a screen injection there<\/p>\n<p>the excavation was in the mountains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The jet piles were made as a single row of piles with<\/p>\n<p>diameter 2000mm and center distance of 1.5m. High<\/p>\n<p>standard of execution ensures good overlap, uniform<\/p>\n<p>piles, and a continuous waterproofing<\/p>\n<p>jet pile wall.<\/p>\n<p>For injection, strategic ones were first carried out<\/p>\n<p>water loss measurements. Based on these results were<\/p>\n<p>the defined injection parameters.
