The SANY SY215E is a fully electric crawler excavator in the 21-tonne class, purpose-built for earthmoving, tunnel construction, steel mills, recycling plants and municipal projects. Equipped with a 422 kWh lithium-ion battery from internationally leading manufacturers, a single charge provides 6 to 10 hours of continuous operation. DC fast charging in under 1.5 hours with 2 standard charging ports ensures the machine is quickly ready for the next shift. SANY’s self-developed DOMCS system dynamically optimises the motor, hydraulic pump and main valve in real time, delivering 8% higher efficiency and 10% lower energy consumption.
The cab has been fully upgraded with a 10-inch colour touchscreen, multifunction panel, suspension seat with adjustable armrests and fully automatic air conditioning. Noise levels are down to just 71 dB. The electronically controlled positive flow hydraulic system provides precise and smooth control, with a one-click switch to reverse operation that increases work efficiency by 8%. All main spool valves are fully electronically controlled for flexible and user-friendly operation.
