2 tonne electric mini excavator

The SANY SY19E is a compact, fully electric mini excavator with an operating weight of just 2,050 kg. Powered by a 24 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and a 10 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, it is designed for work in confined spaces, indoors and in basements where zero-emission operation is essential. Cab noise is just 66 dB, comparable to a normal conversation, and external noise is down to 83 dB. The machine is 3% more efficient than equivalent diesel models, with 30% lower energy consumption.

One of the SY19E’s smartest features is the retractable walking frame, which can be adjusted in width from 980 to 1,350 mm. Combined with a rotary plug-in shovel bucket, the excavator can pass through openings of less than one metre. The working device has a deflection range from 595 mm on the left to 350 mm on the right, making it easy to excavate along the outer edge of the track on both sides. Standard single/double auxiliary piping with a cut-off valve allows direct connection of breaker hammers and other tools.
