Operations Manager Role -Your Single Point of Contact<\/h3>\n

As a customer, you will have a straightforward relationship with us. Each customer is assigned an operations manager responsible for ensuring that all operational services are delivered in accordance with relevant contracts, laws, regulations, procedures, and requirements within the area.<\/p>\n

The operations manager plans for efficient and profitable operations and continuously works on improvements to achieve a cost-effective, modern, and flexible operating environment.<\/p>\n

We utilize the Facility Management System (FMS)\u00a0Plania for monitoring, control, and reporting for our customers. Scheduled service assignments, requested services, and daily maintenance are logged in the customer’s building history.
