The building consists of a three-story office complex, a spacious hall with a mezzanine, and a dedicated drone platform on the roof!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The total building area spans nearly 7,000 m\u00b2, with the production hall making up approximately 5,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

Sustainability and energy efficiency have been a key focus in the development of this project.<\/strong> The building features waterborne heating and holds an energy class A rating, making it both efficient and environmentally friendly.
\nR\u00f8ynebergsletta 27 will become Stamas\u2019 new, state-of-the-art headquarters, jointly owned by Lars Berland Eiendom AS (50%) and Stamas Holding (50%).<\/p>\n

The same applies to selecting a provider for the operation and management of our building. Although the machines won\u2019t be moving to Forus until June 1, Stamas has already secured Seabrokers Services as the provider of Facility Management services.<\/p>\n
