The Agreement is a \u201cTotal Facility Management\u201d Agreement where Seabrokers Services will have the total responsibility for all operations and facility management of the office building in addition to representing Centrica in meetings with the Owners of the office building.<\/p>\n<p>The Agreement is for a period of 3 years with 2 x 1 year options. Seabrokers Services will, together with their sub-contractors, provide Centrica employees with an enjoyable, safe and trouble free working day.
