Major Deal for Crane Norway Group

Crane Norway Group and Seabrokers Heavy Machinery have signed an agreement for the delivery of 15 cranes, including 10 Rough Terrain 110t cranes and 5 250t AT mobile cranes, with delivery scheduled for early fall 2025. The cranes, manufactured by Sany in China, will have a production time of approximately 50 days.

The models in question are the SRE1100 and SAC2500E.

Trond Helge Skretting, CEO of Crane Norway Group, visited Sany in October 2024 and is impressed by their development. He has strong confidence in increased competition within the Norwegian crane market and in Seabrokers’ ability to deliver both in the current market and in the long term.

Seabrokers Heavy Machinery, the Norwegian importer of Sany cranes, strengthens its position as a reliable supplier. Crane Norway has previously purchased an electric 80-ton Sany crawler crane and is set to receive a 200t electric lattice boom crawler crane in February 2025.

Chairman of Seabrokers Group, Ragnvald Albretsen, is pleased with the delivery but also emphasizes the future commitments this entails. Managing Director Ommund Vareberg is proud of the significant order, which is expected to attract attention both nationally and internationally.

Sales Manager Bjørn Orre has maintained close dialogue with Sany and contributes to the development of the new 250t hybrid mobile crane, which is expected to revolutionize the market upon its availability. Until then, Crane Norway Group will utilize conventional cranes to meet ongoing needs.

This agreement strengthens the longstanding and trustful collaboration between Seabrokers Group and Crane Norway Group, forming a solid foundation for continued success.
