Seabrokers Property is growing

Seabrokers Property has bought the office building Koppholen 23.

The property is a natural continuation of our portfolio at Forus with its location close to our existing “golden mile” in Vestre Svanholmen.

Koppholen 23 is an modern building from 2010 that maintains a good technical standard. with a total area of approx. 8500 m2. For the past couple of years, the building has been empty after the tenant MI-Swacot left.

Initially we aim to give the building “some love” and Seabrokers identity. We belive that our expertise and local knowledge will contribute to Koppholen 23 becoming a pleasant workplace for new tenants.
