Two of our buildings have been recognized by Enova and industry publications as excellent examples of energy-efficient buildings. An average Norwegian office building uses around 250 kWh/year per square meter, while Vestre Svanholmen 14 (Aibel Building) only requires 108 kWh by comparison.
Energy efficiency not only provides cost savings for tenants but also environmental and reputation benefits. We have also incorporated smart solutions in all our older buildings to reduce energy consumption.
