Seabrokers Havnekraner, formerly known as Seabrokers Kran og Transport, underwent a significant transformation in 2017. During that period, a substantial portion of our crane fleet was sold, with a primary focus on harbor cranes. This shift naturally led to the renaming of the company to Seabrokers Havnekraner.
Since 2017, our portfolio has expanded beyond harbor cranes, with the company increasing its involvement in machine import, sales, and maintenance. In addition to crane rentals, the company holds exclusive import rights for Sany construction machinery, harbor equipment, cranes, and is involved in deliveries of barges, heavy lifting equipment for maritime use, and other sea-related construction activities.
As a result of transformation and future plans, the company will now change it’s name from Seabrokers Havnekraner A/S to Seabrokers Heavy Machinery A/S.
Seabrokers Heavy Machinery AS comprises the same skilled professionals who have been with us for many years. The company will continue to provide harbor cranes while expanding into a wider range of machinery. The new company name reflects this broader portfolio and resonates with what the company offers. There is an increasing pace in the dispatch of machinery from our warehouse at Forus, showcasing the momentum we have at present.
As a consequence of our increased focus on larger machinery, we are actively seeking more talented and dedicated employees. In the time ahead, we will be hiring sales managers for both mining equipment and large trucks/stackers.
