Facility Management agreement with Centrica Energi
Seabrokers Services AS have entered into an Agreement with Centrica Energi NUF for the provision of facility services for their new office building in Veritasveien 29.
The building has an area of 6.000 sqm and Centrica is the only occupant. The Agreement is a “Total Facility Management” Agreement where Seabrokers Services will have the total responsibility for all operations and facility management of the office building in addition to representing Centrica in meetings with the Owners of the office building.
The Agreement is for a period of 3 years with 2 x 1 year options. Seabrokers Services will, together with their sub-contractors, provide Centrica employees with an enjoyable, safe and trouble free working day. We look forward to working together with Centrica.
