Our office is centrally located in the Stavanger region, and in 2022, Seabrokers Services had a turnover of approximately 238 million Norwegian kroner.

Currently, Seabrokers Services is responsible for the operation and maintenance of approximately 300,000 square meters of properties, primarily office buildings, in the Stavanger region. The company is characterized by its local presence, high service orientation at all levels, short decision-making processes, prompt feedback, and a genuine desire to make your everyday life easier as our customer. Our goal is to deliver services marked by “intelligent services” at competitive prices.

Our concept

Our business concept is the administration, operation, and management of commercial properties. We provide a range of services from individual tasks to complete packages using our own employees and in collaboration with well-known suppliers.
All our suppliers are checked annually for quality and price. Our concept is based on a single point of contact for you as a customer, facilitated through the Facility Management System (FMS) Plania. All operational questions and inquiries for our entire contract are handled by the dedicated operations manager.

Operational Organization

Seabrokers Services has approximately 40 employees, 90% of whom are directly involved in operational and project contracts with customers. Our staff has expertise in project and construction management, administrative services, finance, personnel management, operations, and management.
