Interwell is currently relocating and moving into their brand-new building at Forus. The building totals around 25,000 m², which also includes large halls for workshops and production. In total, approximately 300 employees will have their workplace at Moseidsletta 32-34.

“We are very proud that Interwell chose Seabrokers Services to take care of property management and the maintenance of their new building!” says Oddbjørn Gulbrandsen, newly appointed Operations Manager for the contract. He will be joined by a Caretaker, and together, they will ensure that the building and services run optimally so that Interwell can focus on its core business.

Tina Samuelsen Arifagic from Interwell has been central in planning the management of the new building. “It has been a busy and exciting period, and now we are looking forward to getting settled! We are confident that Oddbjørn and the rest of the team at Seabrokers Services will do a fantastic job,” she says. The assignment was awarded this summer, and now we are ready for moving in and starting a new daily routine. “Seabrokers Services was chosen because they showed a good understanding of the task, had excellent references, and seemed very motivated for the job!” continues Tina.

The 25,000 m² building is equipped with solar panels on the roof, a showroom at the main entrance, a beautiful canteen on the top floor with a large rooftop terrace, a Würth store in the halls, and consistently good solutions both practically and aesthetically.

“The building is very nice, and the Interwell staff we have met have been so friendly, so this can only turn out great. We are looking forward to working with Interwell!” concludes Oddbjørn
