A leading competence center

Developed by Seabrokers in collaboration with partners, it comprises a combination building with an area of 8,800 square meters, completed in 2021. The park is home to Egersund Energy Hub, a prominent center for onshore and offshore wind, environmental, and energy technology. There are available spaces for further development within this exciting hub.

The park boasts excellent facilities, including a state-of-the-art canteen with a rooftop terrace offering energizing views. Strategically positioned on the land side of Egersund harbor, it enjoys convenient access to robust infrastructure.

The park covers approximately 40 acres and features a deep-water quay, a training tower for wind turbine operators, and a brand-new fire station for Eigersund municipality. Plans are in place for the construction of four additional buildings to accommodate office, storage, production, and port activities.
