Vestre Svanholmen 12 attracts new tenants

Vår Energi (ENI) moved into 32.000 sqm of new office space in the Seabrokers owned Vestre Svanholmen 1 around new year, and left Vestre Svanholmen empty. Seabrokers Property have worked hard to convert the formerly head quarter of ENI into a multi user building that invites tenants to creativity and interaction.

During the first 2-3 months of the years, 4 new tenants have signed lease agreement, and we look forward to fill up the building during the year.
