Creative thinking is rewarded at Seabrokers

Seabrokers are blessed with 180 motivated and clever employees. In Seabrokers we have a tradition for teaming up, listening and involvement. As there has been a lot of focus on the Oil Price lately, we created an internal competition regarding “how to keep in front” within our diversified branches, even when the times get tougher. The results are overwhelming, and a lot of excellent suggestions came to the jury’s desk. After evaluating the suggestions, the jury rewarded not one, as planned, but 4 employees for their good thinking. The winners are Solveig Hetland, Marit Cecilie Albretsen, Edel Byberg and Rolf Aarthun. Seabrokers congratulates them and many of the suggestions are already included in our strategies.
