Langholmen is a success

The 8.800 sqm building at Langholmen, Egersund was built on spec, and a strong towards gathering the energy industry in one place. First the trainingtower was raised – both to get started trening for wind mill operators, but also as a symbol that Egersund Næringspark Langholmen is going to do this! Frank Emil Moen from Energy Innovation settled in barracks on the site and started courses from day one.

Today Langholmen is “the place to be” for the Energy business in Norway, and the first building is almost fully leased with 95% of the area leased to Energy/environmental tech companies.
