We actively strive to achieve our global climate goals and can specifically highlight the following UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
We provide occupational health services, sports and social clubs, events for employees and their families, and have a focus on lifestyle and health for all employees both at work and in their free time.
We collaborate with academia to contribute to research and development. We financially support various educational programs and offer our employees different programs for further education and personal development.
Across the group, we promote equality in terms of conditions, inclusion, opportunities for personal development, and diversity. As a corporation, we strive for a better gender balance, especially in companies where one gender is predominantly represented.
Through Seabrokers GeoEnergi, we contribute to an alternative energy source that is more sustainable and cost-effective than standardized solutions. Through Seabrokers Eiendom, we facilitate district heating systems, solar energy, and sustainable buildings that reduce heat loss.
Over the past 40 years, Seabrokers Group has built a conglomerate with approximately 200 jobs in Norway, the UK, and Brazil, where sustainable economic growth and full employment are overarching goals. Our work is conducted with decency, where ethics and morals are fundamental.
Through multiple companies, we are building a robust infrastructure at sea and on land for both public and private sectors. Through innovation, we generate growth to reduce carbon emissions, and our solutions will ultimately strengthen the private and public economy.

Through Seabrokers Chartering, Sea Surveillance, and Skagen Shipping, we continuously work on new sustainable solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve marine life. Transitioning from fossil fuels to electric/alternative fuels, implementing marine surveillance systems to reduce fossil fuel usage, and promoting smarter and more environmentally friendly operations in aquaculture.
All our commercial sites are developed to preserve plant life, promote further growth, and maintain forests whenever possible.
Through most of our companies, we engage in public-private partnerships, and in several companies, we collaborate with academia. We seek partnerships in projects where we can complement each other to achieve our common goals of more sustainable and economical solutions both nationally and internationally.
