Shell charters Highland Guardian for five-year charter

Shell UK has awarded Gulf Offshore a term charter for the MMC887 CD designed Highland Guardian.

The five-year firm plus multiple options charter will commence in January 2014. The 2013-built PSV was delivered from the Remontowa Shipyard in Poland and has been trading on the spot market since early October. Seabrokers was please to have been involved in the contract.

Highland Knight secure one-year charter from EnQuest

EnQuest has chartered the Highland Knight from Gulf Offshore for a period of one-year firm, followed by multiple options.

The charter commenced in early December. The UT755XL designed vessel was delivered from Italy’s Rosetti Marino shipyard mid-October and has traded the spot market since arriving in the UK in early November. Highland Knight is the first of two vessels which Gulf Offshore ordered in October 2011, with the Highland Princess to follow in the first quarter of 2014.
