From May to November 2025, we installed 167 jet grouting columns (Ø 2000 mm), totaling 1100 lm, with depths from 1 to 14 meters and a compressive strength of 8 MPa.

The columns underpin all main walls, safely transferring loads to bedrock and preventing future settlements. They also function as retaining structure and water sealing for planned basement excavation. A key challenge was working in tight logistics and close to historic buildings—without causing any damage.

At peak, two rigs operated simultaneously: Klemm 704 and Comacchio MC4D.
