Execution Sheet piling was done with a Movax SG 75V piling unit on a Volvo EC 380 EL. The sheet piling used was of the AZ26-700 type in 8.5 meter lengths, and used as floating point. A number of double UNP 220 pads were then laid out drilled in loose mass rods as anchorage with an inclination of 22 degrees. The loose mass struts were of the Ishebeck 52/26 type and were drilled and shimmed with an average length of 22.5 meters into the moraine layer. After hardening, the rods were tightened with a hydraulic jack designed forces had been achieved. Next were washers and nuts screwed on. When the ground and concrete work were finished and it was ready for backfilling, we came back to loosen the stays and cut them all the way the pile.
