KS-peler Kirkegata 7, Mo i Rana

Purpose:

Construction of a residential complex in the center of Mo i

Rana. The area consists of medium-firm clay

stability and quick clay.

Design:

The construction pit of approx. 2,200m² was made with KS piles

in block along the sides and a combination of lattice and

rib/double rib under the base plate.

Execution:

The area was stabilized with Terrapluss B 60 and a

mixing quantity 90 kg/m³.

The mixing quantity was lowered to 30 kg/m³ de

the top 2-3 meters of the piles. The work was done

using two KC rigs.

The work was carried out under the auspices of Consto Dambygg AS.

Competence, personnel, machines and equipment are

transferred to Seabrokers Fundamentering AS
