We buy Holt Risa to develop a bigger a construction company, with better opportunities to compete on the bigger foundation jobs in Norway. To be able to win tenders this size, we will exploit the advantage of being a larger, more effective organization, on top regarding equipment, and technology.
Out target is to become one of the leading companies within our segment in Norway, something that will rely on “Seabrokers creativity, efficiency and innovation”. We are going to be ahead of the market, and find new, innovative solutions for the foundation industry.
No personnel reductions are planned, and we will continue our cooperation with other Risa companies such as Jærbetong and Risa AS.
